Firearms
We have a lot of military, federal agents and retired police and military that come to stay on the military base. When they stay on the base they cannot have a firearm. The base tells them to bring the firearm to the police department for us to store. Our policy is to run FES on anybody we return firearms to. Most the time the agents or military gets upset that we have to do a background check to return their firearm. Does any other agencies have this problem and if so how do you handle this situation.
