As the new year approaches, registration will soon be open for interested vendors to participate in the 2026 Educational Conference, hosted by the Property and Evidence Association of Florida, Inc., at the Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks. This upcoming conference marks an impressive 25 years of the organization and PEAF aims to highlight and celebrate the connections that have been established in the world of evidence since 2001.

A full year of advertising in the quarterly newsletter, which is distributed electronically to all PEAF members, and on the PEAF website at www.peaf.net.

GRANT PROGRAMS

Helping-Hand Grant Program

Vendors can donate $100, $250, or $500 toward grants for Property and Evidence rooms. A “Helping-Hand Grant” can be used for equipment, supplies, or special needs in the property/evidence area. The maximum amount for each grant application by an agency is $500. However, agencies may submit more than one grant application.

All applications received will first be reviewed by the PEAF Executive Board to ensure the agency and application is eligible for the grant. Sponsoring vendors will review the grant applications submitted without knowing which agency has submitted the application. Grant awards will be selected by the sponsoring vendor(s). Awarding the “Helping-Hand Grants” will be done at the banquet and may be presented by the sponsoring vendor(s) if they wish.
