Drug destruction paperwork
While doing your drug destruction disposal, do you list out every single item and weight that is being destroyed? Or do you do something generalized, such as "one sealed box containing 20 pounds of controlled substances", possibly adding something along the lines of "these substances include, but is not limited to, marijuana, cocaine, tablets/capsules, heroin, methamphetamine, Fentanyl, THC edibles, vape cartridges, powders, waxes, liquid medications, etc."
I'm trying to see if we are interpreting the FSS correctly, or if we are just creating more work for ourselves creating a spreadsheet of over 800 items to accompany the court order.

Yes, we're required to list each item for destruction per the Judge and Wheelabrators where we send are drugs for destruction, see below.. If there's multiple drugs for one case, then each drug needs to be on the list.
