Does anyone still have a copy of "Recommended Requirements for an Evidence Storage Facility" that was provided by one of the presenters at one of our past conferences?

I am working on a project to obtain a larger space for Property & evidence and our crime scene.

I have checked the thumb drives that I have and none of them contained the information that I am in search of.
