What do your agencies do when you have found property and the person who lost it lives out of state or out of county?
Do you mail to person?
Do you mail to closet agency?
Do you say sorry but we do not mail out property?

We will Fedex the items to whatever local law enforcement agency is willing to accept the items on our behalf to do the release. If the agency is not willing to accept them, then we instruct the owner that they will have to make arrangements for either them or a notarized designee to pick up the items from us directly.
