The agencies that use property room where does your agency deposit the revenue that you earn from the auction.
We were recently looking into this but decided against using PropertyRoom.com. Per Florida Statute, all monies from auction must go to the state education fund, if not claimed by the owner within one year. However, if the items were donated to, say, the agency's Police Athletic Fund or something of that nature, then THEY can auction it and get the funds. The donation just must be made to a 501c3 organization.
