Vendors agree to abide by all Exhibit Rules of PEAF and the Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center and to ensure all representatives working in the booth are aware of the terms, conditions, and rules pertaining to the exhibition.
NOTE: PEAF Room Rate: $125.00 – Vendor is responsible for own room reservations with Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center and must be booked under PEAF room block to receive this rate. Link for hotel registration can be found at www.peaf.net. Upgrade rates to “ocean front” are $135.00 and “ocean front suites” are $165.00 respectively.
GRANTS AND SPONSORSHIPS
“HELPING HAND GRANT PROGRAM”
Helping-Hand Grant Program: We are being re-named as the “Helping-Hand Grant Program” and modified slightly. Vendors can now donate $100, $250, or $500, towards grants for property and evidence rooms. A “Helping-Hand Grant” can be used for equipment, supplies or special need in the property/evidence area. The maximum amount for each grant application by an agency is $500.00. However, agencies may submit more than one grant application. All applications received will first be reviewed by the Executive Board of PEAF to ensure the agency and application is eligible for the grant. Sponsoring vendors will review the grant applications submitted without knowing which agency has submitted the application. Grant awards will be selected by the sponsoring vendors at the Monday vendor meeting. Awarding the “Helping-Hand Grants” will be done at the banquet and may be presented by the sponsoring vendor if they wish.
“GEMS OF EXCELLENCE SPONSORSHIPS”
There are now six levels of sponsorship with added benefits for you! All levels of sponsorship include vendor promotional information (supplied by you) to be included in the conference bags; recognition on the PEAF Website; and recognition during the conference. Newsletter Advertising: A full year of advertising in our quarterly newsletter, which is sent out electronically to all PEAF members. Your provided ad can be converted to black and white and placed on our website www.peaf.net. Submit your copy-ready ad to conference@peaf.net and it will be forwarded to our Communications Coordinator for publication. Rates for this advertising are:
